Pre Orders
You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order.
Shipping Policy
All merchandise is currently shipped via untracked service for both domestic and international orders.
For Lagos, Nigeria, all merchandise is dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days and arrives within a further 1-2 business days for delivery to Lagos, 5-7days for delivery across Nigeria.
For international deliveries, all merchandise is dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days and arrives within a further 5-10 business days for Europe, 14-21 for North America and 21-30 business days for the rest of the world.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow up to 14 additional business days for your order to arrive. If your order is yet to arrive between the stipulated time frames, please email us at order@irintravels.com for further investigation.
If you are placing an international order, please ensure that you’ve filled in your full delivery address. Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.
Refunds Policy
We hope that you’re pleased with your order and won’t have to request a refund, return or exchange. However, our returns and exchange policy is here if you need to.
Due to the nature of the purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they've been shipped, unless they are defective or have been damaged in the post. In this case you will be required to show photographic proof of the item in question, as well as the receipt of purchase.
In the case of a missed/missing delivery, we will reship any order that has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe accounting for possible delay. Since some orders do occasionally face customs delays, and due to our own running costs we prefer to wait 4-6 weeks before shipping duplicates.
*Please note that if an order is placed and delivered with insufficient shipping information the customer will be liable for the cost of any reshipment.
